“Another rich and herbal (in a floral sort of way) wine is the Beckmen

Vineyards 2010 Estate Sauvignon Blanc from Santa Ynez Valley.

It has a slight touch of oak flavors as only a small percent was oak barreled,

which gives it just enough to give it a touch of fullness.

This is the perfect wine to serve with grilled fish or steamed muscles.

It’s made from biodynamically certified grapes grown on the Purisima

Mountain Vineyard.”
